Mitsubishi offers a wide range of products for residential customers.

The Mitsubishi product line includes several configurations for the indoor unit.  Wall mounted and ceiling cassettes are popular choices.  Floor mounted indoor units are used when wall space is at a premium.

Mitsubishi’s Wall Mounted Indoor Unit

Slim, wall-mounted indoor units provide zone comfort control.  Ideal for applications such as bedrooms, home offices, living rooms, dining rooms, bonus room, basements, kitchens, offices, kiosks, guard houses, and more.

Mitsubishi’s Ceiling Cassette Indoor Unit

Ceiling-recessed cassette (24″x24″) ductless heat pump units offer a wide airflow pattern for better air distribution in a less obtrusive style.  It can be installed in a hard ceiling (with an access panel for servicing) or in a 2’x2′ drop ceiling.

Concealed horizontal ducted unit for applications with short duct runs.  It provides comfort and efficiency while staying hidden either in the ceiling or beneath the floor.

A multi-zone configuration

The outdoor unit can connect to a single indoor unit or to more than one indoor unit.  When the outdoor unit is connected to a single indoor unit it is a Single Zone System.  A Multi Zone System is when one outdoor unit is connected to more than one indoor unit.  Each indoor unit would control the temperature in an individual room or space in the home.
